  • MOA or Civil Agreement signing: Once the Trade Name approval paper and Initial Approval Paper is ready the shareholders can sign the Memorandum of Association or Civil Agreement in front of the DET authority.
  • Office: Mainland license requires an office. Hence an office is required for formation of the license. The shareholders can confirm an office anywhere located in Mainland. The location will be very important as depending on the location it will be decided whether the license will be under DET or TRAKHEES.
  • Final Application Submission: Once all the above documents are ready they needed to be submitted to the DET authority as an application of final submission.
  • Payment voucher: Once the final submission is done then the payment voucher will generate. The amount needs to be paid as per actual. The payment voucher can vary from AED 9000 and more depending on the office rental agreement, number of shareholders, number of activities, English Trade name etc.
  • License: Once the payment voucher is paid the license will be generated by the authority. The license mentions the name of the shareholders, LSA and managers and their nationality. Also it mentions the date of issuance, date of expiry, the address, P.O. BOX number, contact number and email address. This license need to be renewed every year.
  • Establishment Card: Once the license is received the same can be taken to the immigration to register the company for establishment card. This ensures that the company can start applying for visa. It’s a digital card and it needs to be renewed every year.

  • Labour File: Once the Establishment card is received the company can register itself with the Ministry of Labour and get the Company Labour Card. This ensures that the company can start applying for employee visa.
